6–9 Months: The First Tastes
This stage is all about introducing your baby to a variety of tastes and textures in a gentle, tummy-friendly way. Our recipes focus on smooth purees and single-ingredient combinations that are rich in iron and essential nutrients. We’ll show you how to create easy 7-minute meals using our homemade broths and purees, giving your baby the perfect foundation for healthy eating habits.

9–12 Months: Exploring More Flavours
As your baby becomes more adventurous, this stage is perfect for introducing thicker textures and more complex tastes. At this age, we focus on helping parents create soft, textured meals that support chewing and self-feeding. Our coaching includes creative ways to repurpose purees — turning them into flavourful sauces, nutritious pastes, or natural seasonings for grains, noodles, and proteins. We’ll guide you in whipping up quick and balanced recipes using our homemade broths and powders, so mealtime remains simple, nourishing, and enjoyable. It's all about helping your little one develop confidence and curiosity at the table.
